Cancellation Policy

Calendar does NOT reflect availability in real-time as existing groups may extend their time and drivers may book additional rides. PLEASE CALL to ensure availability and length of booking prior to purchasing. Your booking is fully refundable, minus a 5% payment processor fee, up to 7 days before your reservation. You may cancel within 7 days and receive a full refund minus a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of booking date & time. Please Note: If you have NOT communicated with one of our representatives to discuss your planned itinerary & transport before booking, we recommend you do so, to make sure that the allotted time you are booking will meet the minimum requirements necessary to accommodate your overall itinerary needs.
