Cancellation Policy

Your booking is fully refundable, minus a 5% payment processor fee, up to 7 days before your reservation. You may cancel within 7 days and receive a full refund minus a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of booking date & time. Please Note: If you have NOT communicated with one of our representatives to discuss your planned itinerary & transport before booking, we recommend you do so, to make sure that the allotted time you are booking will meet the minimum requirements necessary to accommodate your overall itinerary needs.
